Sofienberggata 7

In 2023, a total rehabilitation of Sofienberggata 7 was carried out, including an upgrade of all technical equipment. The project was carried out in collaboration with HAB Construction for the municipality of Oslo, and aimed to modernize the building to meet today's standards for comfort, safety and functionality. The extensive rehabilitation included everything from electrical installations to ventilation systems, and ensured an efficient and sustainable environment. In addition, charging infrastructure for electric cars and a solar cell system were installed, which contribute to the building's energy efficiency and reduce its environmental footprint. The successful upgrade of Sofienberggata 7 helps to improve the urban environment and satisfy the users' needs.
